The rooms are lovely and spacious. The staff were great. Very helpful. The pool was perfect for 3 little boys. Close to town $2 taxi ride or take a free bike. Approx 4 kms from the beach. The villas are well maintained and very clean. We did tours organized through the hotel which were also great and well priced. We were well looked after thank you to all the wonderful staff at hoi an garden villa'S.

The hotel was fantastic. We were warmly greeted on our arrival, and made to feel at home during our 3-day stay. The rooms are nicely decorated and modern (it is quite a new hotel), the breakfasts were good, the pool was nice. The hotel is well located for both the town and the beacj - a 10 minute cycle ride from the towncentre (bikes are free to hire), and a 15 minute cycle to the beach (a really nice massive sandy beach - try to find a spot away from the jet-ski area though!). I cannot recommend this place too highly.

My stay at Garden Villas in Hoi An was fantastic. I stayed for eight days, although I initially booked for only three. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. The hotel provided free bicycles, which made exploring the town a breeze. The pool was clean and refreshing, and I enjoyed the tranquility of the neighborhood. The nearby dining options, including Red Dragon for Vietnamese cuisine, Cirkle for burgers, and Dingos Delly for sandwiches, were excellent. The hotel also offered airport transfers and even booked a cooking school for me. a faultless experience.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful in every sense. Nothing was a problem for them. The breakfasts which were included was very good and heaps of it. We spent every night down town for dinner and drinks which was extremely cheap and tasty. Free push bikes to cycle around on. Taxis are cheap from Hoi An Gardens to town or to the beach. All in all I would recommend Hoi An Gardens no problems.

I chose Garden Villas because it was close to the Museum of Trade Ceramics, which I really wanted to visit. However, the complimentary wireless Internet access exceeded my expectations. It was fast and reliable, allowing me to plan my day and stay connected with friends and family while I explored Hoi An. The à la carte breakfast at the in-house restaurant was also a delightful surprise. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
There was nothing we didn't like. The only reason it didn't get a 10 out of 10 score was because my husband found the bed a little hard for his choice, but I found it OK. Other than that, everything else was PERFECT.

Breakfast was okay
Not run professionally. Would you believe the front desk reception lady wanted to charge us $16. because we had "so much luggage" she claims!? We were 6 people in 2 rooms - we had 8 pieces. We are international travellers! Normally people have one suitcase and 1 handcarry. Not all of us had handcarry. She was trying to rip us off! Of course I will not pay - it was not agreed.

the hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the location was ideal. It was just a short taxi ride away from the old town, but tucked away from the main road, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a lovely view of the pool. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless. the hotel also arranged pick up to and from the railway station, which was very convenient. it was a great stay. Cons: All was good 😊.

A beautiful spacious room, a comfortable bed, lovely decor, with a fabulous shower and little secluded courtyard at the back which added a special touch. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they cooked wonderful vegan food for me every day. The little waitress was very sweet and smiling all the time! The pool is lovely and clean and just big enough for decent swim. I felt safe and cared for during my entire stay and was able to unwind and relax which was exactly the purpose of my stay. 5 stars for this little gem.

spacious room and no mass tourism. quiet location and good breakfast. the use of their bikes is a must as the distance to downtown is at least 3km
they charge too much for everything, like laundry, airport transfer, commission on credit card use.....
